Jerry Zhang

Jerry Zhang is a Lead R&D Scientist with experience in pulp and paper research and development, specializing in various aspects such as board and packaging, tissue and towels, sizing and coatings. Prior roles include Research Scientist at Arkema-ArrMaz focusing on fertilizer coatings, mineral flotation chemicals, and defoamer products, and Staff Scientist at Nalco, an Ecolab Company, where Jerry worked on paper coating and sizing, RDF, strength aids, cleaning products, and additive automation and control. Jerry also worked as an R&D Chemist at Iris Graphics and as a Research Associate at W. R. Grace & Co. Jerry holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Missouri University of Science and Technology and both MS and BS degrees in Polymer Chemistry from Peking University.
