Parrish Oglesby

Parrish Oglesby has extensive experience in facilities management and operational leadership across various organizations. From August 2019 to May 2024, Parrish served as the Manager of Facilities Operations at Shelby County Schools, supporting multiple departments and overseeing project development. Subsequently, Parrish held the position of Executive Director of Physical Plant at Southwest Tennessee Community College, managing all facilities operations across campuses from May 2024 to October 2025. Currently, Parrish is the Sr. Facilities Manager at Buckman, responsible for designing and executing security protocols and overseeing related contracts. Parrish's background also includes roles in sales management, financial advising, and project management, supported by a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Memphis.
