Caitlyn Baten is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client success, mobilization, and resource management. Currently serving as a Church Engagement Officer at Buckner International, Caitlyn previously held roles including Client Success Specialist at SaaS Academy by Dan Martell and U.S. Mobilization Coordinator at The A21 Campaign, where strategic mobilization and training of abolitionists were key responsibilities. Caitlyn’s experience spans various organizations, from overseeing fundraising efforts with Booster Enterprises to providing elevated customer service at ANN INC. and Chick-fil-A. Caitlyn possesses strong skills in SaaS platforms, inventory management, and training development, complemented by an educational foundation in Intercultural Studies and ongoing pursuit of a Master's in Leadership from Andrews University.
