Kelly Stephens

Kelly Stephens, SHRM-CP, has a robust background in human resources, beginning with an internship at O'Connor and Associates in 2006 and a compensation internship at McLane Company. After earning a BS in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University in 2006, Kelly held multiple HR roles at Neiman Marcus, culminating in the position of Human Resources Manager for Last Call. Kelly then progressed to senior HR positions at Oasis Petroleum and served as Human Resources Director at Buckner Retirement Services from 2020 to 2025. Currently, Kelly is the Director of Talent for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development at Buckner International.
