Sarah Morrison, MPA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Sarah currently holds the role of Senior Director of Program Development & Design at Buckner International, where they are responsible for overseeing program data and ensuring the organization's effectiveness. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Program Evaluation & Data Analysis at Buckner International, where they focused on report building, client progress analysis, and process improvement. Sarah has also worked as a Technical Data Analyst and Stewardship and Donor Relations Coordinator at Buckner International, where they managed new donor relations, developed content for donor reports, and implemented new donor engagement processes.

Before joining Buckner International, Sarah worked at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs as an Indiana Nonprofits Project Graduate Research Assistant. In this role, they conducted data analysis and co-authored published reports on nonprofit organizations. Sarah also led a team of research assistants during their final year on the project.

Sarah Morrison, MPA began their education at Trinity Christian Academy from 2009 to 2013. After completing their high school education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at Baylor University from 2013 to 2017. During their time at Baylor, Sarah was also part of the Baylor Business Fellows program. Following the completion of their undergraduate degree, Sarah furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Public Administration - MPA at Indiana University Bloomington. From 2017 to 2019, they focused their studies on Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship.
