BuckWe is a Los Angeles-based functional food startup dedicated to reinventing everyday snacking with sprouted buckwheat. Naturally gluten-free, nutrient-dense, and low-inflammatory, sprouted buckwheat is at the heart of our clean-label product line — from portable crisps to gluten-free bread. We are proud to be certified by the Gluten-Free Food Program (GFFP) and listed by the National Celiac Association. Our products are available via farmers markets, DTC channels, and specialty retailers like Vicente Foods — and were approved for shelf placement at Erewhon. 

Founded by Elina Abramova in 2023, BuckWe is built by a female founder and EB-2 visa recipient, bringing together deep operational expertise, a mission-driven approach, and a love for ingredient-led innovation. 

BuckWe is currently in product development for its next U.S. market phase in 2026.
