Head of Information Technology Operations at Bud Systems

Bryan Parsons has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bryan began their career in 2001 as an Account Manager at Water Pure Systems, where they managed and developed corporate accounts. In 2003, they joined Orange Plc as a Technical Customer Service and Technical Senior Coaching Advisor, playing a vital role in the launch of 3G and providing coaching and development to their team. Bryan then moved to Orange Personal Communications Services Limited, where they served as a Service Delivery Engineer, Technical Coordinator, and later as a Technical Support Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for supporting technical customer service, managing third-level support, and working on various project teams. Starting in 2010, Bryan joined SpiderGroup, first as a Support Engineer and then as an Operations Manager and Company Director. Bryan ultimately became the Chief Technology Officer, leading the company's technology strategy and guiding IT strategies and projects for customers. Currently, Bryan serves as the Head of Information Technology Operations at Bud Systems. In this role, they oversee the IT service and support capability, manages the cloud SaaS platform, and ensures high-quality service delivery.
