Kim Steele is a founder of Documentaries Don't Work, an impact media studio that focuses on creating narrative climate films to engage audiences in climate action. They transitioned from a Broadway chorus performer to a climate filmmaker, leveraging their background in acting to merge entertainment with meaningful impact. Currently, Kim also serves as the Business Development Team Lead at Budderfly and led the Energy Justice Cohort at Girl Plus Environment, empowering Black women business owners in Atlanta. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at UCLA School of Theater, Film & Television.
