Kyle Bernier

Kyle Bernier has extensive experience in customer care and advocacy, having worked in various roles in companies such as Budderfly, FuelCell Energy, AVANGRID, Inc., Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC, and Eversource Energy. In their most recent role as Director Customer Care & Advocacy at Budderfly, Kyle leverages data and analytics to identify customer pain points and new issues. Kyle also has experience in labor relations, project management, auditing, and managing financial transactions. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies from Charter Oak State College.
