Andy Dysart

Andy Dysart is a Senior Associate at Buddle Findlay, having been promoted in January 2024, where responsibilities include working with the Wellington-based corporate and commercial team from the Auckland office while frequently travelling between the two cities. After returning to New Zealand in early 2022, Andy re-joined Buddle Findlay, specializing in commercial contracting, procurement, and technology law. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Assistant at Fasken in Canada, providing administrative support while pursuing Canadian legal accreditation and leveraging prior experience for legal drafting and contract review. Andy began a legal career in March 2016 at Buddle Findlay, focusing on information technology and commercial contracting for public sector clients, after completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Otago from 2011 to 2015.
