Buddy Up Australia is an event based community for current and ex-serving Defence, First Responders and their families.

We facilitate hundreds of events Australia-wide to strengthen the physical health, wellbeing and social connection of our members, to ensure this community is thriving.

We host outdoor adventures, fitness and wellbeing activities, social and family friendly events.

For those that show up in service of the community, this is your community showing up for you. Australian Defence Force personnel, and emergency services personnel (Ambulance, Police and Fire & Rescue), this is your space to decompress, connect and thrive.
