Marcus Pridmore

Marcus Pridmore is the Director of Agency Operations at BuddyBoss, a web design and development agency. Prior to joining BuddyBoss, Marcus was a Senior Project Manager at Ballistic Arts Media Studios, where they were responsible for introducing detailed Project Management processes, Senior Project Management of major client web projects, new project quoting strategies and resource management. Clients included: Seaspan, Vancity Credit Union, Canada’s Digital Technology Supercluster, Globe Constellation Group of Organizations including Delphi Group, and more.

Marcus has extensive experience in web design and development, eCommerce, CMS websites, custom projects, web strategy/consultation projects, user story sessions, and data migration projects. Marcus is also skilled in client training, business analysis, and development assistance. Marcus has introduced the concept of Strategic Discoveries to the sales process, conducted client User Story sessions, introduced minimum maintenance fee structure and reduce overwhelming maintenance queue, introduced formal Change Request and Risk Assessment processes, and more.

Under Marcus's leadership, the team at Ballistic Arts Media Studios was able to successfully deliver on all commitments to clients. In cases where scope creep had not been identified, Marcus was able to immediately intervene and prevent overages on multiple projects. This saved the company thousands of dollars in change requests. Marcus also ensured that all proposals included clear and transparent commitment levels to clients through assertive assumption writing.

Since joining BuddyBoss, Marcus has continued to implement best practices in project management. Marcus has introduced Project Templates and tracking in Asana, and is responsible for ongoing estimation Team (w/UI Lead and Tech Lead) and assisting in the sales process; including contributing to contract, pricing, and proposal writing. Thanks to Marcus's leadership, BuddyBoss has become a well-oiled machine that consistently delivers high-quality work to its clients.

Marcus Pridmore reports to Tom Cheddadi, Co-founder, CEO. They work with Graham Hoffman - Customer Success & Support Manager, Mike Young - Product Manager, and Michael Eisenwasser - Co-Founder, CTO.
