Hillan Klein

Hillan Klein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and leadership roles. Starting in 2006, Klein worked as a Customer Experience Expert at Global Reviews. In 2008, they served as the Head of HR and Chair of the Operational Leadership Team at CSG, managing a large team and implementing strategic vision. Klein then joined NAB in 2010, initially as a Customer Experience Adviser and later as the Head of Social Media, where they pioneered the launch of Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ for the company. In 2011, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Budge, Inc, a position they held until 2013. That same year, Klein joined Namecheap, Inc as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the management of millions of domains and providing unparalleled service. Additionally, they served as a Mentor at AngelCube from 2013 to 2016, working with entrepreneurs to develop and fund their business ideas. Lastly, from 2015 to 2018, Klein served as a Board of Directors member at The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, an honor society with a large membership base.

Hillan Klein obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia (Multimedia Software Development) from Swinburne University of Technology, which they attended from 2003 to 2005. Hillan then pursued a Masters in Applied Commerce (Marketing) at the University of Melbourne from 2006 to 2008.
