Caitlin Clements is a seasoned People & Culture Leader with a career spanning Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Consulting primarily in the tech industry. They have worked with various organizations, including serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Xplor, where they established a centrally managed team to oversee recruitment across multiple regions. Currently, Caitlin is the Fractional Head of People & Culture at NoiseNet and an Implementation Manager at TalentTech, where they focus on enhancing efficiency through HR technology. Caitlin co-founded the Melbourne Talent Meetup to foster community within the talent profession and has taught classes on workplace topics. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Boston University.
