Justyna Janicka

Justyna Janicka has extensive experience in food safety, quality management, and environmental protection. Justyna began as a Food Safety and Quality Specialist at Lubella from December 2006 to January 2010, followed by a similar role at Bruno-Tassi until July 2013. Justyna then worked at Stokrotka as a Quality Management Systems Specialist and later as the Head of the Environmental Protection and ESG Department from August 2013 to December 2022. Currently, Justyna serves as an Environmental Protection Specialist at Budimex since April 2025. Justyna holds a Master's degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition from the University of Agriculture completed in 2006, and has pursued post-graduate studies in Industrial Pharmacy and Environmental and Waste Management at Jagiellonian University and the University of Agriculture, respectively.
