Marek Klusek

Marek Klusek is the Director of the Guarantee, Innovation, and Contract Conditions Department at Budimex, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. They have a strong background in construction process management, particularly under international FIDIC contract conditions, and have held various positions within Budimex since 2003. Marek’s educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Construction from the Warsaw University of Technology and specialized training in Leadership Psychology from the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. Currently, Marek focuses on preparing Budimex for the challenges of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, while championing innovation through new technologies.
