Budner Performance Group helps large law firms turn their biggest investments, lateral partners and key client relationships, into lasting revenue.

Firms spend heavily to win clients and recruit partners, then lose much of that value to weak follow-through. New partners take too long to become productive. The most important relationships sit with one or two people. Client growth stays optional. We close that gap with systems a firm can run on its own.

We run five programs for AmLaw 100 and 200 firms:

• Key Account Growth: deepen and protect the relationships that matter most.
• Lateral Partner Integration: make lateral hires productive faster and protect the revenue they were hired to bring.
• New Partner Integration: help newly promoted partners step into client ownership from the start.
• Client Growth Training: build the habits behind business development across the partnership.
• Associate Growth Training: start the foundation for client ownership early.

Our programs run in three parts and do not end until the behavior is in place. Lawyers learn by working a real case together, take away the methods behind it, then work with our implementation consultants every month to put the plan and the new skills to work on live matters. Everything rests on established research in behavioral science and organizational psychology, applied to the specific economics of a law firm, and measured against numbers firms already track.

Built by people who have done the work inside firms. Craig Budner spent thirty-seven years as an AmLaw partner and led the global growth platform at one of the world's largest firms. Will Budner brings performance psychology and program design.
