Skip Stone

Skip Stone is the Vice President at Budrovich. Skip has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Skip started their career as a Project Engineer at Volz Incorporated where they provided civil engineering design for commercial, residential and highway projects. Skip then left Volz Incorporated to start their own company, Premier Development Resources, LLC where they were the owner and provided real estate development consulting and construction management services.

After running Premier Development Resources, LLC for three years, Skip took a position as the Vice President of Land Development at McBride & Son Homes. Skip held this position for eight years until they left to become the Director of Land Acquisitions and Development at Lombardo Homes of St. Louis. Skip held this position for six years until they took their current role as Vice President at Budrovich.

Skip Stone attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale where they obtained their BS in Civil Engineering.

Their manager is Jeff Budrovich, President. They are on a team with Sam Harper - VP, Safety, Justin Huelsmann - Director, Operations. Excavation & Utilities, and John Patzman - Director, Operations, Mechanical Insulation.
