Chris Sensmeier serves as the Sustaining Engineering Manager at Buehler since June 2015, overseeing a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers focused on sustaining engineering for a global manufacturer of test equipment. Specializing in areas such as Medical Devices, cGMP, Offshore Supply Chain Management, and ISO standards, Chris has a strong background in cost optimization and engineering management. Previously, Chris managed hardware R&D and sustaining engineering at AmerisourceBergen Technology Group from February 2012 to May 2015 and held various roles including Global Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Engineer at Summit Industries from 1994 to 2011. Chris began a career as a Mechanical Engineer at RR Donnelley from 1991 to 1993. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
