Augusto Prato

Augusto Prato has over seven years of professional experience in the financial industry. Augusto started their career in 2014 as a Project Control Services Associate at Accenture, providing technical and analytical support services for projects in an administrative and financial perspective. In 2016, they completed an internship as a Risk Analyst at Argentina Clearing S.A. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Nasini SA as a Financial Analyst, where they conducted debt's risk and return analysis, strategy analysis in primary and secondary markets, and monitored macroeconomic variables. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at fyo as a Corporate Finance Senior Analyst and a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for valuation and portfolio performance analysis, cash position and cash flow projection, business hedging using derivatives, management analysis of the FYO Acopio and FYO Capital business units, and KPIs and business control. Currently, they are working at Buenbit as a Financial Lead and Financial Trader, where they are responsible for financial cash flow and rates control, fiat and crypto pricing, funding alternatives analysis, modelling of trade desk operations, position and revenue reporting, and trade desk financial process optimization.

Augusto Prato has a Degree in Economics from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, obtained between 2008 and 2014. Augusto also has a Maestría en Economía Aplicada from the Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, obtained in 2019, with a focus on Financial Orientation. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Product Manager from Coderhouse in 2022, CAI F&O Junior Trader from the Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario in 2017, and First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in 2007.
