Eric Motley

Eric Motley is a skilled design professional with extensive experience in architecture and design leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Designer and Senior Living Market Leader at BUF Studio since July 2022, Eric previously held the position of Director of Architecture at Miller Commerce from February 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing design and oversight of project development. Prior experience as a Design Associate at Bates Architects from July 2012 to February 2018 involved participation in various phases of design across multiple project types, including hospitality and healthcare. Eric Motley holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drury University, obtained in May 2012.
