Mikayla Garver

Mikayla Garver is an experienced Interior Designer currently employed at BUF Studio since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mikayla served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Kansas State University, assisting first and second year students with essential interior design skills, as well as conducting research that included a post-occupancy evaluation of a co-living model in a senior living community, which was presented at the 2021 Environments for Aging Conference. Additional experience includes an Interior Design Internship at Barge Design Solutions, where Mikayla collaborated on healthcare projects, along with various roles as a Design Assistant and Sales Clerk at Sheridan Decorating. Mikayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Kansas State University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in American Sign Language at Gallaudet University, expected to be completed in May 2024.
