Johan Sandberg

Johan Sandberg is the current Global Business Development Director & Group Director UK at Bufab. Johan has over twenty-eight years of experience in the industry and was previously the Senior Vice President Hiab Tail Lift Division at Cargotec Corporation from August 2010 to August 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow sales and accelerate the company's growth. Additionally, they oversaw the transition and implementation of new ERP, CAD, and PD systems.

Some of the notable accomplishments during their time at Cargotec Corporation include achieving a CAGR of +8% and turning the loss-making business into a profitable venture. Johan also successfully designed and implemented a global operating model for changing from three locally managed businesses to a global set up. As a result of their excellent work, they earned the Top Performance Company Award in 2014.
