Despina Dimitrova is a Senior Advisor at Bufdir, the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs, where they continue to influence policies and programs supporting youth. Previously, they served as a Doctor of Dental Medicine at PZU Dr. Babamova and held various roles focused on health education and advocacy with organizations such as HERA and the IPPF European Network. Despina was also a Project Assistant at Forandringshuset Haugesund and has taken on leadership positions with Norges KFUK-KFUM and is currently a Program Manager there. They earned a Master of Citizenship and Co-operation from VID vitenskapelige høgskole in 2023.
