Dorthe Westgaard is currently a Seniorrådgiver at Bufdir, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Dorthe served as an Organisasjonsrådgiver at Frivillighet Norge from 2020 to 2023, where they focused on the development and implementation of recruitment tools for volunteer organizations. Dorthe also coordinated efforts at Norges KFUK-KFUM between 2017 and 2019 and participated in the Communication for Change exchange program with Norwegian Church Aid in 2012-2013. Dorthe holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Human Geography from the University of Oslo, completed in 2016, and a one-year program in Developmental Studies from Oslo and Akershus University College, which was finished in 2014.
