Michael Gette

Michael Gette serves as the Chief Financial Officer at BUFF since November 2025, following a tenure as Director of Finance at Playtika. Previously, Michael held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Flying Spark and Director of Finance at Cognyte, where responsibilities included managing international financial teams and overseeing budgeting processes. At Strauss Group, Michael was Global Finance and ERM senior manager, leading significant financial projects, risk management, and digital transformation initiatives. Michael’s early career included roles as a Financial Analyst and D&O Underwriter at Phoenix Financial. Michael holds an MBA in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing from Tel Aviv University, and additional degrees in Accounting and Economics.
