Aldo Celis

Aldo Celis is the co-founder and CEO of Buffer, where they focus on contracts consulting and expertise in quantification, damages, and losses related to construction projects. With over a decade of experience, Aldo has led key initiatives across sectors such as mining, energy, and infrastructure, emphasizing strategic project management and collaboration with clients. Previously, Aldo held various leadership positions, including Project Lead at Transelec S.A. and Lead Project Contract at SIGDO KOPPERS, culminating in extensive experience in claims management and expert analysis. Aldo holds a degree in Electrical Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and completed a Master of Business Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
