Rob Arndt is the Founder & CEO of BufferSprings, specializing in military recruitment and employee engagement programs. Rob also holds roles as a Veterans at Work Ambassador at SHRM Foundation, City Ambassador in Boston for Bunker Labs, and Council Member of the Employment Innovations Taskforce at The American Legion. With a background in sales and business development, Rob has held various leadership positions in companies such as RecruitMilitary and MBA Veterans. Their experience also includes serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Reserve Support Program Operations Chief.
