Ryan McCarter

Ryan McCarter has extensive experience in leadership and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation at Buffini & Company since November 2019, Ryan has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at THROUGH THE WORD INC since February 2012. Additionally, Ryan is a Partner at Day Three Holdings LLC and the Owner of Rhino Consulting, both established in 2017. Previously, Ryan was the President of Multifamily at REIG Companies, Inc from April 2014 to March 2018, focusing on operational improvements and strategy implementation. From February 2000 to July 2008, Ryan owned Trinity Pacific Real Estate, leading a team in commercial real estate acquisitions and consulting. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Northridge, between 1998 and 2002.
