David Powell

David Powell is the Founder and Managing Partner of Evolution Partners, a global boutique management consultancy specializing in the Financial Services sector, with operations in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and France since March 2019. In addition to this role, David serves as an Investor and Advisor at multiple companies, including Yum Bug, Scribe, and CoverGo | Insurtech, since 2023, 2022, and 2018 respectively. Prior professional experience includes serving as CEO Asia Pacific at Typhoon Consulting from 2014 to 2019 and holding leadership positions at ASG Group, Distinct Consulting, Chaucer, Molten Group - A Sia Partners Company, and Mako Trading. David Powell holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, along with additional qualifications in strategic leadership, business systems analysis, accountancy, and philosophy from distinguished institutions.
