Michele Rutledge serves as VP Retail & Development at BUGATCHI since July 2025, harnessing extensive experience in retail design and development from previous roles at Canada Goose as Senior Director of Store Development, UNIQLO as Director of North America Store Development, and IKEA Group as Senior Manager of Design & Construction. Michele’s career began in legal services as Corporate Legal Counsel at National Bank Financial, transitioning into the design sector with a solid foundation in interior design from Université de Montréal, supplemented by degrees in Business Administration and Civil Law. Additional educational credentials include involvement with the Project Management Institute and the Canadian Securities Institute.
