Samuele Bertacchini is currently the Powertrain Systems Lead at Bugatti Rimac. Previously, they served as a CAE Powertrain engineer at Ferrari and Magneti Marelli, where they focused on CFD simulations and combustion for gasoline and diesel engines. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Maserati as a Design Responsible Engineer, overseeing battery thermal components and high-performance engine systems. Samuele obtained a Laurea magistrale in ingegneria del veicolo from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, graduating with honors in 2007. Prior experience includes simulation work in CFD at the same university.
