Arif Gurdenli has a long and diverse work experience. In 1988, they competed in the Olympic Games as a Finn class sailor. Arif then served as a Navy Soldier from 1994 to 1997 at the Turkish Naval Academy. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as an HR & Quality Consultant at HP. In 2000, they took on the role of Country Manager at Novell. From 2002 to 2003, they were the Owner of Teamworks Outdoor Eğitim Organizasyon Danışmanlık. From 2003 to 2013, they worked at Management Centre Türkiye (MCT) as a Principal, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. In 2013, they became the Talent Management Practice Leader at Towers Watson, and from 2014 to 2019, they were the Managing Consultant and Subject Matter Expert at MCT. Arif is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of bugbounter.

Arif Gurdenli's education history consists of three educational experiences. From 2011 to 2012, they attended Middlesex University and received a Yüksek Lisans (Master) in Coaching, Consulting and Leadership in Organisations. From 1984 to 1990, they attended Boğaziçi University and received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering.
