Alfie Njeru

Alfie Njeru has a diverse range of work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology audit. Alfie most recently worked as a Senior Manager in Cyber Security Audit at KCB Bank Group since May 2023. In this role, they led individual cyber security audit assignments, presented audit results to the leadership teams, and managed a team of cybersecurity managers and auditors.

Prior to their role at KCB Bank Group, Alfie worked as a Hackerone Brand Ambassador at HackerOne from November 2020 onwards, and as a Bugcrowd Brand Ambassador at Bugcrowd starting from March 2020.

Alfie also gained experience in auditing technology and operations at Standard Chartered Bank, where they worked as an Audit Manager from April 2022 to May 2023. This global role involved leading and executing audits of applications supporting the Africa & Middle East portfolio and ensuring high quality audit work.
