Jennifer Hood

Jennifer Hood has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Vice President of People at Bugcrowd since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior VP of Human Resources at Red River from September 2019 to June 2023. From December 2008 to September 2019, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at American Renal Associates. In this role, they were responsible for employee relations, leave administration, workers compensation, and benefit administration. Jennifer also provided coaching and guidance to senior leadership and managers on various HR issues. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Timberland for a short period in 2008 and as an HR Team Lead and Sr. HR Business Partner at ADP TotalSource from 2002 to 2008. In these roles, they led teams of HR professionals, handled client accounts, and provided guidance on performance development, employee relations, and employment policies.

Jennifer Hood holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Leadership Development Certified Professional (LDCP) from the Institute of Organization Development in April 2018, SHRM-CP from SHRM in April 2018, Coaching for Engagement & Performance (CEP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in January 2018, Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from HCI in September 2017, PHR from HRCI in July 2016, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in March 2015.
