Kanhaiya Sharma

Kanhaiya Sharma has diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Kanhaiya started their career as a Security Researcher at Bugcrowd in November 2020. Later, in June 2021, they joined Synack Red Team as a Red Team member. After that, in August 2021, Kanhaiya worked at NetSentries Technologies as an Offensive Security professional until October 2021. Currently, they are employed at Yogosha as a Penetration Tester since February 2022.

Kanhaiya Sharma attended GLA University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Advanced Web Application Penetration Testing with Burp Suite" and "Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking with Kali Linux" from Pluralsight in July 2020. In the same month, they also completed the "Top 5 Tools & Techniques for Ethical Hacking/Pentesting 2020" course from Udemy. Kanhaiya Sharma further acquired certifications in cybersecurity from IBM, including "Cyber Threat Intelligence," "Cybersecurity Compliance Framework & System Administration," "Cybersecurity Roles, Processes & Operating System Security," "Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks," "Master the OWASP Top 10," "Network Security & Database Vulnerabilities," "Penetration Testing, Incident Response and Forensics," and "IT Fundamentals for Cybersecurity Specialization," all in June 2020. Moreover, they completed the "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" certification from Google in June 2020. Kanhaiya Sharma also holds the "ICSI | CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist" accreditation from ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK, achieved in June 2020. Furthermore, they completed the "Technical Support Fundamentals" and "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" certifications from Google in June 2020. Finally, they received certifications in "Web App Hacking: Hacking Password Reset Functionality" and "Web App Hacking: Sensitive Data Exposure" from Pluralsight in June 2020, as well as the "Python Data Structures" certification from Google and the University of Michigan in May 2020. Additionally, in April 2020, Kanhaiya Sharma obtained the "Play by Play: Modern Web Security Patterns" certification from Pluralsight.
