Omar Carmical

Omar Carmical is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Program Manager at Bugcrowd since March 2019, Omar leads a team focused on enhancing freelance hacker enablement and has established a secondary team dedicated to expanding reporting metrics and ongoing testing opportunities. Previously, in the role of Lead Program Manager at Bugcrowd, responsibilities included coordinating recruitment and enabling researchers while managing hardware shipments and security testing engagements. Earlier experience includes positions in human resources and as a server at Kasa Indian Eatery, a dance instructor at Savage Jazz Dance Company, and a bookstore assistant at Middlebury College. Omar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Middlebury College and graduated from Oakland School for the Arts with a High School Diploma, majoring in Dance.
