Sajeeb Lohani

Sajeeb Lohani has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Sajeeb is currently working as the Director of Cybersecurity at Bugcrowd, where they previously held the positions of Senior Platform Security Engineer (Lead) and Platform Security Engineer. Prior to Bugcrowd, Sajeeb worked as a University Lecturer at the University of Melbourne and as a Co Organizer at SecTalks Melbourne and AllSec Meetup. Sajeeb also worked at Privasec as a Senior Penetration Tester and Penetration Tester, at Hivint as a Penetration Tester, and at Commonwealth Bank as a Penetration Tester (Summer Intern). Sajeeb has also worked at PwC Australia as an Associate in the Cyber & Forensics Team, where they gained experience in penetration testing, reverse engineering, scripting, and development. Sajeeb started their career as a Software Developer at Warrina Designs. Additionally, Sajeeb has a research background as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Monash University, where they focused on creating an interface for a state-of-the-art machine learning system named "PETAL" and also served as a Student Representative.

Sajeeb Lohani has a Bachelor of Software Engineering degree in Information Technology from Monash University. It is unknown when they attended the university or when they completed their degree. In addition to their formal education, Sajeeb also has a certification as an Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) from Offensive Security, which they obtained in July 2018. Sajeeb has also pursued training and obtained a degree in Karate Discipline from the Kofukan Karate Academy, although the specific dates of their enrollment and completion are unknown.
