Yebo Cao

Yebo Cao has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. They started their career as a Student Security Intern at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019 and worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Dbappsecurity Co., Ltd as a Penetration Engineer for a three-month period. Later, in 2021, Yebo Cao became a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a brief period. In the same year, they also worked as a Security Researcher at Bugcrowd. In 2022, Yebo Cao took on the role of Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, they gained experience as an Information Security Engineer at both TikTok and ByteDance for a three-month period in 2022.

Yebo Cao completed a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Carnegie Mellon University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they pursued from 2018 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Yebo Cao also obtained a certification as an Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) from Offensive Security in June 2022.
