Stephen Neville has an extensive work experience in the digital and technology industry. Stephen began their career as a User Experience Designer at Web Elements in 2002. In 2005, they moved to ZenithOptimedia Australia as Head of Digital. In 2008, they were promoted to Head of Digital Strategy and Planning Director (EMEA) at Zenith Optimedia, Worldwide. In 2011, they co-founded and became the Managing Director of Common Code. In 2013, they were appointed as the Head of Digital, Technology & Innovation at IPG Mediabrands. In 2014, they took on the role of Media Advisor (Consultant) at Coles. Finally, in 2018, they became the CEO of BugHerd.
Stephen Neville attended Swinburne University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelors Degree in Multimedia and Business Marketing.
