Eric DeGrass

Eric DeGrass is an experienced technology and operations professional with a diverse background in managing and improving business systems. From March 2007 to October 2010, Eric served as the Manager of Professional Services at Alteritech, where expertise was provided to streamline operations for small and medium-sized businesses. Following this, Eric worked at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as the Manager of Strategic Solutions, leading a team to develop custom solutions for clients. Later roles included National Director of Cloud Services, overseeing comprehensive project management for a multi-million-dollar managed services company, and Senior Network Consultant at TechAssist LLC. As the Founder of BugZero since April 2019, Eric aims to assist ITOps teams in avoiding operational outages by targeting vendor bugs. Eric holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management of Information Systems and Finance from the University of Maine.
