Dan Ayd

Dan Ayd is a seasoned professional in the food science industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Quality Assurance Technician at Pabst Meat Supply, Dan demonstrated expertise in raw material analysis and HACCP program maintenance. A subsequent role as a Senior Product Development Technician II at General Mills involved creating pilot systems and prototypes, alongside safety and GMP responsibilities. Dan further advanced to a Senior Applications Scientist at Davisco Foods International, contributing to new product development and customer support. Dan has served as a Senior Food Scientist at Entegee, optimizing flavor application, and currently holds dual positions as Sales Account Manager at Bühler Group and President of Research & Development at Dent, LLC, focusing on innovative product development. Dan holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota.
