Eikner Guecha

Eikner Guecha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food production industry, currently serving as the Sales Manager for Milling Solutions at Bühler Group since October 2021. Prior to this, Eikner held the position of Jefe de Operaciones e Infraestructura at Volcafe Ltd. from March 2016 to September 2021, managing resources and overseeing infrastructure projects. Eikner's earlier roles at DEMASECA, GRUMA VENEZUELA spanned from December 2006 to June 2015, including positions such as Gerente de planta and Superintendente de planta, where responsibilities included strategic planning, production oversight, and quality assurance. Eikner also contributed as Lider de procesos at Plumrose Latinoamericana in 2005-2006. Eikner holds a Diplomatura in project management from Universidad de Los Andes and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo.
