Erik Beunders

Erik Beunders serves as Managing Director of Buhler Mixing at Bühler Group since February 2020, where responsibilities include leading the MLS & Customer Service Mixing and overseeing the Customer Service for the Bakery Business Unit. Prior experience at Philips, spanning April 2011 to October 2018, includes roles such as Senior Product Marketing Manager for Customer Services, Operations Manager for Service Parts & Repair, Manufacturing Manager for Service Parts & Repair, and Project Manager for Global Service Parts & Repair, where contributions involved creating service revenue strategies and improving operational processes. Erik's early career includes a Master Thesis project at NXP Semiconductors examining organizational citizenship behavior and an international research study on Sustainable Supply Chain Management in China. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Operations Management & Logistics from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
