Giulia Manzolini is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering, currently serving as the Environmental Quantification Program Lead at Bühler Group since September 2020. With a focus on CO2e quantification and reduction, Giulia drives projects aimed at reducing environmental footprints within both customer and company value chains. As a co-founder and Community Director of FooDi - The Cooking Hub, Giulia promotes awareness of sustainable and healthy diets through innovative community events. Previous roles include Food Data Analyst at Eaternity Institut and Graduate Research Assistant at Eawag, where Giulia contributed to research on bioplastics and environmental impact assessments. Giulia holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor's degree from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by an exchange program at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
