Lars Guldager

Lars Guldager is a Senior Innovation Centre Manager at Bühler Group, a position held since September 1999, specializing in high-volume capital equipment solutions for various baked goods. Previously, Lars served as an Application Specialist at both Bühler and Haas Meincke A/S, focusing on large-scale pilot plant trials and the commissioning of new production lines. Prior to these roles, Lars gained experience as a chef in various restaurants, highlighting expertise in fast-paced environments and structured planning. Lars holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science Engineering from the University of Copenhagen and has completed a Food Technologist program at the Danish Meat Trade College, alongside chef training at Motel Odense.
