Lars Guldager is a Senior Innovation Centre Manager at Bühler Group, a position held since September 1999, specializing in high-volume capital equipment solutions for various baked goods. Previously, Lars served as an Application Specialist at both Bühler and Haas Meincke A/S, focusing on large-scale pilot plant trials and the commissioning of new production lines.
