Carolin Schips

Carolin Schips is a Junior People & Culture Manager at build a rocket since February 2024, having previously served as a Werkstudentin in People & Culture at COGITANDA Dataprotect AG from April 2023 to January 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Werkstudentin and Praktikantin in People & Culture Management at erlich textil from April 2021 to March 2023, and as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg from April 2019 to April 2021, supporting the Lehrstuhl für Klinische Psychologie, Biopsychologie und Psychotherapie. Carolin gained clinical psychology experience through internships at Klinik Am Greinberg and Zentrum Für Psychiatrie Winnenden in early 2020 and March 2019, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychologie from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and an ongoing Master’s degree in Psychologie from the University of Cologne, expected to be completed in November 2024. Additionally, Carolin studied at Ghent University from 2019 to 2020.
