As lead of the estimating and preconstruction division, Brian manages clients’ design, performance, aesthetic and cost expectations through all preconstruction stages. Partnering with the architects and owners, he navigates through all jurisdictional and regulatory approval to produce designs and construction documents culminating in increased productivity and cost certainty. His 16+ years of industry experience from field employee to Vice President of Preconstruction, uniquely position him to develop and lead a high-performing team that develops innovative logistical approaches and ensures timely project delivery.
