Chris Modde

Chris Modde is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Project Superintendent at Build Group, Inc. since January 2018 and at Resolute Contractors since March 2014, Chris Modde has held multiple superintendent roles at various companies including JG Construction and Menemsha Construction Solutions. As the owner and project manager at Chris Modde Construction/CMC Builders, Chris Modde successfully utilized a general contractor's license to construct four custom and spec houses. Early career experience includes positions at Stevens Construction, where Chris Modde advanced from Framing Foreman to Site Superintendent and General Site Superintendent. Chris Modde holds an Associate's Degree in Physical Education from Orange Coast College.
