Build & Grow is a Non-Profit-Organisation that arranges 3-5 day service trips to Eastern Europe supporting families in need. The team is tasked with and given all the material needed to build a house for a family in need – changing and uplifting their lives forever. 
Build & Grow follows an innovative approach combine corporate team building while fostering a sustainable development in the poorest countries of Europe. This meaningful experience combines Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), staff development & employer branding in an authentic way.
